Yesss! Go here! Happy hour from 6-8 pm was very kind to us. The music choice in here is fantastic, Frank Ocean was bumped continuously throughout the night. Gin and tonic and the spiced rum and cokes were good. We didn't get any food so cant rate that, but the staff and ambiance in here were a 10/10. Such a great spot with happy hour deals every day! I will be coming back and I do recommend!

We spent a couple of hours here for dinner and drinks before our evening train from Kings Cross, which is less than 5 mins walk away. It had a nice outdoor roof terrace upstairs and indoors a great vibe with a wide selection of drinks. The food menu was great. We really enjoyed the buffalo chicken burgers and pulled pork loaded fries. This will definitely be our go-to place before our train home next time we're in London.

Hosted a birthday drinks event at the Big Chill on Saturday. Was great fun and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The venue always has a really great atmosphere.

We hosted a surprise party at one the rooms (The Space). The staff were super helpful and the process was seamless. Responses were super quick. It’s a really good space to hire and the bar spend required was reasonable.

Rude staff and poor service. Tried to help stop beer leaking from a faulty tap, only to be told off. Absolutely shocking. Save yourself the hassle and go to Brewdog—they treat customers with respect.
To be fair HMP probably would too…

Fun atmosphere but they were incredibly understaffed at the main bar. The staff were clearly stressed and unable to serve everyone - they tried their best but clearly need more people on shift for a busy Friday night! I waited 30 minutes for a drink

We organized a Christmas party for around 100 people. We hired a private space. From the managers, wait staff, bar tenders everyone was wonderful very helpful, providing excellent service. The food was very nice even though we ordered a large amount, it was serve hot and on timely manner. We also made use of projector and microphones provided, the sound system was very good and we were able to play our own music. Everyone had a great time, for sure we will repeat.

Good option for a bar if you're in the Kings Cross area, largish and nice decor/interior. Very loud though with a seemingly random playlist, not sure I'd enjoy the track selection if I was older! Quite expensive too but it is central London, and had lots of beer missing but it was a Saturday.

Joshua the manager of the big chill was the best server we could ever ask for, went in with a massive group he was rushed off his feet and still managed to serve us up some cocktails worth every penny and then some! Would highly recommend! Joshua deserves a raise…just saying 😂

We recently held our company Christmas party at The Big Chill and were thoroughly impressed. The communication throughout the planning process was seamless, with Adélaïde and her team ensuring every detail was accounted for, from dietary needs to entertainment logistics. On the night, the venue delivered beyond expectations, with exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere.
The team went above and beyond to assist with setup and made the experience stress-free, and were helpful throughout the night. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the photo booth added a fun touch that everyone enjoyed. We even had karaoke upstairs in a separate room! The DJ kept the energy alive, and the overall flow of the evening was expertly managed.
Thank you to The Big Chill for making our celebration truly memorable. Highly recommend for any corporate or personal event!
